It’s an exciting time to join Nordic Semiconductor as we continue our journey while pursuing high ambitions with dedicated colleagues worldwide. The Product Development Departments in our Short Range Business Unit are looking to strengthen our implementation teams with experienced Digital IC Designers with in-depth knowledge of Design for Test (DFT).
The Product Development Departments have exceptional teams of highly specialized engineers from a variety of IC design backgrounds. We are responsible for the complete design flow in IC Product Development.
We have expertise in various low power short range wireless standards and low power microcontrollers. Using cutting-edge design techniques to achieve high performance at extremely low power is of paramount importance. We operate as focused individuals on highly specialized projects, and come together as a cohesive team, in which our skill-sets, passions and expertise feed into our enhanced collective excellence.
Key responsibilities
- DFT architecture
- Digital Implementation and verification of DFT structures
- Memory BIST, Scan Test and ATPG
- Pattern deliveries for production test
- Follow up test program development and bring-up support
- Ensuring high quality tests for production
Key Qualifications
- BSc/ MSc in Electronics Engineering or similar
Both experienced and newly educated applicants will be considered
- Experience in DFT architecture and implementation
- Experience with Memory BIST
- Experience with ATPG
- Experience with relevant EDA IC design and verification tools
- Knowledge of challenges in DFT for low power designs
- Knowledge of scripting languages like TCL, Perl, Python or similar
- Interest for methodology, flow and automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
