The role of Graphic Designer offers an opportunity to help shape and fulfill the company’s visual communication and public-facing marketing material, with a specific emphasis on presentations.
Your proficiency in the Adobe Suite, Powerpoint, and your knowledge of brand development will be crucial in creating visually impactful presentations and content for our web, social media, and other channels.
You will also act as a key resource within the company, demonstrating the features and styles within our templates and presentations, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with excellent English communication skills, who is adept at translating ideas into visual excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to Nordic’s marketing templates
- Align all company document templates (particularly those within Powerpoint) with current brand and style guidelines
- Ensure compliance and brand accuracy of formal company presentations and documents
- Work with external vendors as needed, on template design, build and integration
- Design and build presentations in conjunction with key stakeholders
- Coordinate key contributors into alignment to build shared/group presentations
- Implement key messages into visually impactful presentations
- Take part in story building and presentation structure design
- Ensure final output is in line with messaging and brand guidelines
- Content creation - Design
- Design of banners for web and print, ads, showcase materials, assist with reports and general design tasks for Nordic’s website, social media, and other channels.
- Internal user training
- Ensure full company adherence to current templates and styles
- Act as the resource within Nordic who can demonstrate the features and styles within our company templates and presentations
- Manage presentation access, storage and protection
- Marketing Project support
- Support marketing campaigns and projects via participation in selected projects
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, marketing, communications or other related field
- Proficiency in especially Microsoft PowerPoint and some in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of brand development and brand guideline enforcement.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- The ability to navigate in a global matrix organization
