The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing partner marketing campaigns, and representing Nordic in key relationship-building programs with partners.
This role requires collaboration with distribution partners to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, build and maintain key relationships, and oversee the production and distribution of campaign materials.
Additional key requirements for the role include relevant experience, ideally in the semiconductor industry. The position demands strong communication, organizational, and strategic marketing campaign development skills, as well as the ability to generate creative ideas and adapt to changing market conditions. Effective relationship-building, networking skills, and a collaborative approach are essential for success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement partner marketing campaigns and activities, particularly in the US, ensuring alignment with the overall partner marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key US-based distributors to enhance Nordic’s inclusion and prioritization in their marketing and brand-building efforts.
- Contribute to the development of the partner marketing strategy.
- Identify and represent Nordic at selected US-based events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with Nordic’s events team to plan and execute US-based trade shows and events.
- Oversee the production and distribution of US-based merchandise, giveaways, and branded materials.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience within the semiconductor industry is preferred
- Marketing campaign planning and execution skills, including managing vendors, agencies and joint-marketing partners
- Relationship building and networking skills. A pre-existing network within technology and distribution is preferred
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and trends.

Strong communication and organizational skills are paramount for excelling in this position. The ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies, proficiency in writing and presenting detailed marketing plans, and effective negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
You have strong collaboration skills, and your superior ability to work with teams, both internal and with a variety of partners, is indispensable for maintaining positive relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders.
