This role involves cloud backend testing and the development of automated tests. Collaborating with our Cloud developers and DevOps team, you'll be responsible for developing automated test cases and maintaining test frameworks, in line with the principles of Continuous Integration. Key responsibilities

• Author and Automate test Implementation following the Nordic-defined SW Verification process.
• Investigate new features and non-functional requirements of the design and add required verification coverage.
• Maintain a fully automated build-and-test system to detect failures and errors as early as possible.
• Follow up on bugs and provide test evidence for further analysis by team members or other projects in Nordic, to ensure end-to-end compatibility.

Key Qualifications

We are looking for a person with the following characteristics with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience:

• A degree in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience in software testing

• Understanding of software testing and information security

• Experience in Java, Java Script and Python Programming.

• Experience working with Github and CI/CD

• Experience working in Linux OS.

• Experience working with modern cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS

• Experience in test automation.

• Understanding of RESTful interfaces and API design

• Good written and verbal English communication skills
