Nordic Semiconductor is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our global HR team and support our operations in Norway. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting line managers across different business units, and ensuring Nordic Semiconductor attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will collaborate with corporate HR and local management to drive organizational development, enhance compliance, and implement HR solutions that support our growth and success.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to ensure a unified Nordic approach to local HR practices.
- Partner with line managers to drive strategic and organizational development and act as a trusted advisor to line managers, offering hands-on support in daily employee management.
- Drive and execute local employer branding initiatives in alignment with global strategies.
- Ensure structured and compliant HR practices in accordance with Nordic Semiconductor’s guidelines.
- Implement and support global HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Educate and support managers on HR, management, and personnel-related matters.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in strategic HR management, organizational development, and change management.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
