We’re looking for a talented and experienced Embedded Software Test Developer to join our world-leading team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Bluetooth technology, ensuring world-class quality for our protocol stack. You’ll master the Bluetooth specification and stack code, design and implement automated test cases and frameworks, and contribute to a fully automated CI pipeline that drives efficiency and excellence. Key responsibilities
On a regular daily basis, your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Cooperating with team members, test lead and project manager on verification planning

• Analyzing new Bluetooth specification features, Nordic chip features and verification requirements, to design and implement automated test cases following the Nordic SW development process

• Developing and maintaining a fully automated solution to efficiently test every change in the continuous integration pipeline and identify issues as early as possible

• Debug and analyze protocol issues in the bare-metal or RTOS environment

• Actively participating in scrum meetings, i.e., planning, daily sync meeting and retrospective meeting, to improve the team maturity
  

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar engineering programs

• Experience working with embedded firmware development, verification, automation, and version control systems (git or similar)

• Excellent skills in embedded C and Python programming

• Experience with Linux and SW package containers, e.g. docker

• Experience with Agile Software Development
