About the job
The main objective of this role is to provide frontline HR and Administrative Support to our US Employees. The role involves undertaking a variety of HR duties whilst seeking to continuously improve upon already established processes and procedures. The HR advisor role provides guidance and consultative hands-on support, promoting positive employee relations. This includes compliance of global and local processes, interpretation of policies and procedures and counseling managers and employees. The scope reflects the national and international framework and business environment in which we operate. This role will report to the Americas HR Business Partner.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the wider People & Communication team and line management to ensure an efficient and effective HR & office administration that upholds a customer-centric service approach.
Efficiently manage the day-to-day transactional HR activities.
Handle the administration and execution of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
Serve as the go-to person for employee inquiries.
Assist in process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
Support recruitment efforts through managing job postings and open positions in our ATS.
Assist in daily benefits administration including benefits questions & updates.
Support payroll activities and implement salary updates in collaboration with local HRBP, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
Maintain a high customer service orientation, building a strong cross-functional collaboration internally, as well as with other stakeholders.
Manage HRIS and master data, including HR analytics, metrics, and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. Including communication, trend analysis and recommendations for HRBP`s, Group HR and other stakeholders.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
Maintain local policies and procedures, aligned with global requirements and employee relation dialogue, employee- and leadership handbook etc.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
Contribute to the overall team objectives while being an ambassador of the company culture and values.
Actively participate in and drive the continuous improvement of culture; to identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
Provide local office support for Boston Office and remote support for other offices as needed.
Assist with ad hoc projects/tasks as part of the wider People & Communication team.
Qualification and skills
2 years experience in HR, Recruiting, Office Management, Payroll or similar role highly preferred
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred
Personal Skills
Knowledge of employment law and procedures developed in studies or through experience
Experience using and managing HR systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle and manage confidential information
Excellent attention to details and overall conscientiousness

Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $66,000 - $77,000 USD. Exact salary is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
