We are offering three months Internship Program (July - September) for 4th or 5th year students in our offices in Kraków.

Nordic Semiconductor is a leading provider of IC solutions for wireless connectivity and IoT. We currently lead the field in short range wireless with over 40% market share in Bluetooth Low Energy. In addition to strengthening our efforts in our short-range technology portfolio, we have launched a highly disruptive cellular IoT offering that combines a world-class cellular modem with very low power.

We are looking for talented AI/LLM developers for our projects:

You will be working on AI automation and intelligent agent systems, supporting the development and optimization of large language model integrations in real-world applications and tools. You'll contribute to designing multi-agent architectures, assist with prompt engineering, and help implement advanced AI patterns like function calling, RAG, and agentic workflows through focused tasks that directly support our product development.

You will support us in building and optimizing AI/LLM solutions that fit our cloud infrastructure. Working with modern frameworks and tools, you'll take on specific assignments that contribute to feature development, model performance optimization, and maintaining robust infrastructure for AI-powered applications while ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

What is required?

• Strong programming skills in Python – primary language for AI/LLM development

• Understanding of Large Language Models and AI concepts – basic knowledge of how LLMs work

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English – essential for working with documentation, prompts, and team collaboration

• Experience with version control (Git)

Nice-to-have:

• Basic experience with cloud platforms – understanding of cloud architecture concepts

• Experience with LLM frameworks – LangChain or similar

• Experience with prompt engineering

• Understanding of function calling and tool use in LLMs

• Experience with testing frameworks – pytest or similar
