Total Rewards Analyst

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering a competitive, fair, and data‑driven reward strategy in a global environment. Working across multiple countries, you will drive core compensation processes, including annual reward cycles, market benchmarking, job leveling, and pay equity reporting, while continuously improving frameworks and processes to support transparency and consistency. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you will translate complex compensation & benefits data into clear, actionable recommendations and act as a trusted advisor on hires, promotions, and organizational changes. This role offers a strong opportunity to combine analytical depth, stakeholder influence, and professional judgment to make a meaningful impact on how rewards support business performance and employee trust.
Key responsibilities
Participate in Total Rewards initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Help build and maintain the job leveling framework.
Gather, analyze, and benchmark salary and compensation & benefits data against the market.
Support and enhance pay equity and transparency programs, including reporting and process improvements.
Conduct job architecture and grading reviews through market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to deliver data-driven compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, and organizational changes.
Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to managers and business areas.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in human resources, business management, Finance, statistics, or similar
2-5 yrs years of relevant experience within the Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits area
The ability to synthesize compensation data, identify market trends, and model financial impacts of rewards decisions.
High proficiency in Excel
Professional level in English language, verbal and written
Personal Skills
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with the ability to define, refine, and implement robust procedures and policies, ensuring that compensation decisions are grounded in data and consistent. You are results‑oriented and detail‑driven, bringing a high level of accuracy and discipline to analyses, reporting, and recommendations. Through consultative communication and strong stakeholder influence, you translate complex reward topics into clear, business‑relevant guidance and act as a trusted advisor to managers and HR partners.
