We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated sales professional to join our team in South China, where you will play a key role in driving growth by uncovering and developing new opportunities across IoT, industrial, and medical segments.
In this customer-facing role, you will build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and partners, expertly present Nordic’s cutting-edge wireless solutions, and collaborate closely with technical and distribution teams to achieve design wins and expand the regional pipeline. Using your industry insight, you will stay ahead of market trends while delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with solid semiconductor sales experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
Discover & Explore new IoT, Industry and Medical opportunities/segments in South China
Follow up customer enquiries, and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and partners in the region
Present Nordic products and their features, develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
Work with technical team together to complete the process of design-in and design-win
Work with Distribution team to build up customer pipeline within the region
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Key qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field
3 years+ of experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry
Proven track record of sales success in the semiconductor industry, preferably in South China area
Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferable skills
Technical knowhow in electronics
Experience with MCU, BLE, Wi-Fi, Cellular IoT, Zigbee, Thread and other wireless technologies and protocols
Experience from working in/with international companies
Experience in supporting key customers in wireless connectivity
