Drive cost-saving initiatives to meet organizational financial targets.
Coordinate export and import communications across different countries and liaise directly with freight forwarders.
Support Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) creation, routing, and approvals.
Maintain precise procurement records, documentation, and cost system data entries.
Follow up seamlessly with project owners and suppliers whenever RFQ demands or technical requirements change.
Support general procurement team activities and operational workflows.
