About the job
As SDK Verification Manager, you will lead the team that decides whether Nordic's SDK is ready to ship. You will own verification strategy and execution across functional and non-functional areas, including performance, security and stability, and give the release verdict for each SDK delivery. You will champion a modern, scalable test automation approach that lets us ship faster without lowering the bar. Combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership, you will grow the team, raise testing maturity and best practices, and play a key role in recruiting and developing top engineering talent. Key responsibilities
Plan and run risk-based verification for SDK releases, and give a clear go/no-go recommendation backed by coverage data
Own the SDK test automation strategy and its delivery, on simulation, real hardware and FPGA
Verify fixes for security vulnerabilities in the SDK, assessing severity and customer impact
Set goals, give regular feedback and support the growth of your engineers
Raise test process maturity
Recruit and build a pipeline of strong verification engineers
Key Qualifications
Master in Embedded System or relvant degree
Experience leading a team that has done technical deliverables and actively taken part as architect for Product, Portfolio and System Design
Excellent knowledge of Zephyr RTOS, Twister Framework, Nordic proprietary test automation solution like CTF, and know how to build Nordic products based on Zephyr
The ability to strike a balance between Automation and actual testing
Ability and experience to drive the team to higher TMMI level
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation on real hardware and FPGA
Advance Test Certification is an advantage.
