In this role, you’ll take ownership of monitoring and optimizing EDI transactions with vendors and partners, ensuring that critical data is accurate, complete, and delivered right on time.
You’ll dive deep into B2B issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. From coordinating new requirements and enhancements to designing test scenarios and validating integrations, you’ll be at the center of continuous improvement across our EDI landscape. Your expertise will guide key stakeholders, support supply chain users, and help shape the future of our data‑driven processes.

Key responsibilities
Monitor EDI transaction with vendors and partners
Ensure data is correct, complete and received on time
Analyze B2B errors and make necessary actions to address them
Coordinate B2B issues with affected vendors and follow through with resolution
Analyze and define EDI report specs and enhancements
Coordinate new requirements and changes with stakeholders
Conduct meetings with the vendors to monitor project status, progress and implementation
Design and perform testing and validation Support SC users for B2B transaction concerns and errors
Key Qualifications
Strong expertise in EDI standards and protocols
Hands‑on experience with EDI/B2B integration platforms
Advanced troubleshooting and data analysis skills
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and master data
Proficiency in testing, validation, and documentation
