Systems Developer
About the job
In this senior role, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering high‑quality software solutions that power our business. You drive development from initial specifications through to deployment, ensuring that architecture, code quality, and system design all support scalability and long‑term growth. As a key technical leader, you mentor less‑experienced developers, foster best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work hands‑on with DevOps tools to streamline deployments, enhance our CI/CD pipelines, and support stable operations across our applications. Your responsibilities span the full lifecycle—from designing and testing solutions to preparing documentation, enabling users, and resolving post‑deployment issues with a keen eye for optimization. Close collaboration with Supply Chain teams is essential, as you translate business needs into robust, effective technical solutions that strengthen our digital ecosystem. This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong engineering expertise with curiosity, structure, and a proactive mindset—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates with clarity, and is committed to building reliable, scalable systems that deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new applications and enhancements for Supply Chain, including automation tools, data management solutions, and reporting dashboards with custom user interfaces.
Conduct solution testing, write documentation, and support user training.
Troubleshoot reported errors, deliver timely fixes, and ensure system stability and performance for continuous improvement.
Engage with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, and identify areas for enhancement.
Key Qualifications
Full-stack capabilities
TypeScript with Node.js
Microsoft SQL Server
AI assisted coding like Cursor and Copilot
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
Interpersonal and English communication skills, verbal and written
Great to have: Working experiences with frameworks (Nuxt.js and Nest.js) and Azure services (Azure Kubernetes Service, Service Bus, Managed Identity, Storage Accounts, etc.)
Personal Skills
The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes ownership from concept to delivery. You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, making complex topics easy to understand and ensuring strong alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Your structured, detail‑oriented approach enables you to manage multiple parallel tasks without losing sight of quality, while your mentoring mindset helps elevate the skills of less‑experienced developers. You’re adaptable, curious, and driven by continuous improvement—always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working. Above all, you bring a positive, accountable attitude and a genuine commitment to creating scalable solutions that support the business.
